Maria Marin is an author, radio host, a national newspaper columnist and an international motivational speaker. She is considered one of the leading motivational trainers on the subject of “Personal Empowerment” and “The Art of Negotiation”. Her captivating presentations and compelling messages have earned this worldwide acclaimed speaker many honors that identify her as one of the most powerful, charismatic and persuasive voices for self-improvement today.

ABC Radio Network has signed Maria Marin to host a national radio show to empower women, delivering motivational advice in between music sets and take calls from listeners on topics of personal growth, self-esteem, careers and relationships. In 2008, after one year on the air, she received The Medallas de Cortez “Personality of the Year” for the Top 10 markets. The Medallas de Cortez awards recognize excellence in Hispanic radio.

Maria Marín is internationally known as an expert in the “Art of Negotiation”. Her wealth of knowledge in this field has led her to become the only Latina that teaches negotiation worldwide. She has trained thousands how to sharpen their negotiating skills, including Fortune 500 companies in the U.S., major corporations in Latin America and women organizations around the world.

She is the author of the self-help books “Secrets of a Confident Women”  and most recently “Mujer Sin Límite”  (Women Without Limits) where she inspires women to believe in themselves and instill women with the self-confidence and the drive to succeed in every aspect of their lives. Maria Marín is a national newspaper columnist, who writes on personal growth topics for women. Her column “Mujer Sin Límite”  (Women Without Limits) is published weekly in the top markets throughout the U.S. & Puerto Rico. She also writes a monthly column for People Magazine en Español. She has appears weekly in the TV program “Despierta América” as the motivational expert of the show.

Maria Marín is a model of inspiration. After losing her mother at the age of eight, the loneliness she felt drove her to find refuge in food, causing her to become overweight. By the age of fifteen, she faced a new battle when she discovered that she had diabetes and would have to depend on insulin injections for the rest of her life. “All of my experiences as a youth helped me to understand that no matter what adversities you face, you can achieve your dreams,” said Maria, who is currently the spokesperson to the Latino community for the American Diabetes Association. She finds great satisfaction in educating and helping others who are diagnosed with this disease.

Alberto Sardiñas

Alberto Sardiñas is the host and producer of “Intimo” on Univision Radio’s Amor 107.5 (WAMR) in Miami, Florida. He frequently appears on Univision Network’s “Tu Desayuno Alegre” and “Despierta America” as a contributor in the field of motivation, in which he also gives conferences around the country. Alberto speaks to crowds about a variety of topics from “Grade your relationship from 1 to 100” to “How to succeed in the career of your dreams”. He also delivers business-related topics such as “7 keys to influence with your voice” – a program targeted to sales professionals – and “Let harmony surround you in your workplace.”
Alberto was born in Caracas, Venezuela, where he studied communications. While still in college, he was a radio DJ on 92.9FM in Caracas. He was a producer for music television station Puma TV, working with artist and entrepreneur José Luis Rodríguez “El Puma”. Alberto arrived in the United States in December 2000 to pursue his Master of Business Administration with a specialization in marketing at the University of Miami. He graduated in December 2002.

 In 2001 he started working as a producer for a hit morning comedy show. Then he joined a sister station as a full time producer and on-air host. In 2003, Alberto also participated as the voice of Telemundo Network’s “Frecuencia”, the entertainment show produced by Emilio Estefan. Alberto has also been the Miami correspondent for Latin American cable station Sony Entertainment Television and has had the opportunity to personally interview artists such as Celine Dion, Shakira and Laura Pausini, among many others.
